Jason Silver
Jason Silver, Principal & Founder, is an executive search practitioner with over 13 years of experience building teams through the lens of talent. Jason has worked with and for top brands on the bleeding edge of technology and commerce. Functionally experienced with search for technology leadership, go-to-market executives and scaling global digital infrastructure.

Matt Silver
Matt, Associate at SPG, comes to the firm from the real estate sector where he oversaw HR and Operations for a multi-million dollar (~$100MM +) portfolio of properties. He spearheaded recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
Matt handles all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to outreach, from initial interviews to offers. He works in tandem with Jason to provide the most personalized service to his clients, based on their specific needs.
Matt is a former NCAA Division 1 athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara (Men's Volleyball) and enjoys spending his free time at the beach with friends.
