Matt Silver
Matt, Associate at SPG, comes to the firm from the real estate sector where he oversaw HR and Operations for a multi-million dollar (~$100MM +) portfolio of properties. He spearheaded recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
Matt handles all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to outreach, from initial interviews to offers. He works in tandem with Jason to provide the most personalized service to his clients, based on their specific needs.
Matt is a former NCAA Division 1 athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara (Men's Volleyball) and enjoys spending his free time at the beach with friends.
